A new two storey 48,000 sqft Air Terminal Building serving Pitt Meadows, BC. This building containing 72,000 sqft of gross floor area, serves as a secure access to the tarmac through a spacious clerestory lobby. It features leasable office and restaurant space as well as an attached VIP hangar & upper lounge. Second floor Offices have access to a roof-top patio overlooking the tarmac. The building is constructed using insulated precast concrete panels & glazed curtain walls.
Starland County Administration Building
A new two storey 38,300 sqft Administration / Public Works Facility serving Starland County, AB. This building, containing 41,380 sqft of gross floor area, has a spacious lobby leading to the Municipality's Council Chambers, as well as offices, meeting rooms lunch rooms, etc. Adjacent is a six bay large vehicle repair shop for the Public works department, complete with parts storage, offices. Change rooms, washrooms & lunch rooms are shared with Admin.
